We loved working with Lana. She made our happiness her utmost concern and was never pushy or overly opinionated. She offered her expertise knowledge and opinions when we needed guidance but she wanted us to be happy most of all which I really appreciated. I was a first time buyer and the process - especially in San Francisco - was incredibly overwhelming and often frustrating. But Lana promptly responded to all of our questions completed research when we had questions or were looking for something unique strongly advocated for us in all situations and was really overall just wonderful to work with.
